Starting from as little as £495 plus vat, you can choose to pay us upfront, split the cost into two payments or pay the traditional way when we’ve found you a buyer. Whichever fee you choose be assured that you will get the same great service, and we won’t tie you into any old fashioned confusing sole agency contract, or charge you any other fees on top - the choice is yours. Added to this we also offer a NEW online auction option for specific properties where there is no cost to the seller, yes that’s right you could sell your home for nothing!
